#FieldTripFriday: Do you wanna build a snowman? This week, we visited a painting party at Tyson Schoener Elementary School with special education teacher Lisa Richter, who also owns LaRe Creations Painting Parties. Mrs. Richter held a holiday food drive for the Greater Berks Food Bank, and Mrs. Evans’ class at Tyson collected the most items. For all of their efforts, the students were treated to a fun painting party in the cafeteria this afternoon. Take a look at their cool snowmen! #RSDproud
#FieldTripFriday: This week, we visited Reading High School and checked out the amazing hallway murals. This is only a sampling of the beautiful artwork at RHS, but each piece is a reminder of our talented art students, past and present. You can feel the Red Knight pride bursting through each painting. Take a look! #RSDproud
#FieldTripFriday: This week, we visited the Holiday Shop at Amanda Stout Elementary. Mrs. Heydt and the students in her Intermediate Life Skills class have worked very hard to select items, set up the store, put price stickers on items, arrange displays and help their fellow students find the perfect gifts. Even Dr. Mumin shopped 'til he dropped and bought a new set of oven mitts today. Take a look! #RSDproud
